Muhammara A spicy dip made of crushed walnuts, red pepper paste, and pomegranate juice.

Red Tabbuleh (Eech) with bulgar and sautéed tomatoes & onions.

Sarma Fresno grape leaves, stuffed with rice and vegetables.
